Nolan Wood is the founder and owner of Wood Coffee Co. What I love about their cafe is they are vegan and they support and uplift marginalized communities through networking, collaboration, and of course coffee! Their goal is to provide a space for all while prioritizing a haven for the LGBTQ+ community. Not only was this such a cute cafe but I loved the vibe it was serene and simply with all the cute plants. This was a spot where I knew I could also get work done if I didn’t want to work in the office or at home. Also you need to go to their restroom because it is a perfect selfie spot. The wall mural in the restroom was created by artist Evan Paul English.
Their vegan donuts are the BOMB! I have tasted a lot of vegan donuts in cafes and this one was probably one of the best! The one I got was the Lemon Pistachio donut and I would drive their again to hangout and have a donut. From their drink menu I got the Lovesick Blues which was from their spring menu but is my favorite! The Lovesick Blues is a mix of matcha & butterfly pea flower with lavender and raspberry. Both donut and drink was an 11/10 FIVE STARS BABY!
